The firm places genuine importance on training and development, offering clear progression pathways and ongoing learning opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will manage their own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues, gaining hands-on exposure to high-quality transactional work and building valuable technical expertise.The Role As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be involved in a wide range of corporate matters, including: Drafting and negotiating documentation for Mergers & Acquisitions, including share and asset purchase agreementsSupporting clients in preparing their businesses for saleConducting and reviewing legal due diligenceAdvising on corporate structuring matters, including shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and joint venture agreementsPreparing reports and ancillary documentation for transactionsAssisting with the coordination, project management and smooth progression of corporate transactions This role offers an excellent balance of autonomy and supervision, allowing you to develop confidence in managing matters independently while benefiting from the guidance of experience
