We are a specialized brokerage firm connecting established international e-commerce and SaaS companies with the US market. To facilitate domestic payment processing and regulatory compliance, our clients require US-based representation for their legal entities. We are seeking US residents to act as Administrative Directors or Beneficial Owners. This is a 100% passive retainer role. We are paying for your US residency status to meet banking compliance regulations, not for your labor. Think of this as a monthly rental fee for the use of your legal presence. Once verified, the role is almost entirely hands-off. It is the perfect way to generate passive monthly income with no schedule or daily responsibilities. The Role: * You will serve as the US point of contact for the business entity. * Time Commitment: Maximum 2 hours per month (most months will be 0 hours). Duties: * Completing digital identity verifications (selfie verifications/ID uploads) and occasionally signing digital documents. How It Works: * Once approved, you will either have a new LLC incorporated using your information or be assigned as a director to an existing LLC. * You will be guided through a few 5-minute verification processes to set up the accounts. * You do not handle customer service, product fulfillment, or day-to-day operations. Requirements: * Must be a US Resident with a valid ID. * Must have a Credit Score of 600+ (Required for banking/processor underwriting). * Must have a smartphone/webcam for identity verification steps. * Reliable and timely communication via email and messaging apps Compensation: * $3600 a year month flat retainer paid in installments of $300 per month.
