Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth overnight operations, assist with guest needs, and support the hotel team with security, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Monitor the hotel premises overnight to ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, or emergencies in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including tidying public areas and corridors.
• Assist with luggage handling, stocking supplies, and preparing rooms as needed.
• Support reception duties, such as checking in late arrivals or managing guest messages.
• Conduct routine security checks and report any incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and ready for use.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, security, or customer service role is a plus but not essential.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.

Additional Information
Accommodation is available for a fee, including a room with en-suite, shared laundry and kitchen facilities, and 3 meals per day in the hotel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,250.00 per year
