NICHE RMS Subject Matter Expert 12-18 month contract Market Day Rate - Outside IR35 Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working - 2 days a week onsite required Vetting: MPV3 - Management Vetting (MV) Level 3 will be required An accomplished, UK based Integration Subject Matter expert is urgently required to work on complex NICHE migration / RMS replacement programme. Our client is mobilising a Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Programme. This is anticipated to be one of the largest and most complex change programmes that has been undertaken for many years. An an experienced Integration SME, you will be required to provide Niche / RMS Integration expertise for the implementation programme. Our client has a strategic priority to complete the RMS replacement at pace - with a target cut-over date of March 2027, The Integration SME will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and assuring system integrations between Niche RMS and internal and external systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange in support of operational policing. Key Experience - Proven experience as an Integration SME or ArchitectStrong understanding of API, messaging, and batch integration patternsExperience integrating enterprise systems in complex environmentsKnowledge of security standards, authentication, and data protectionExperience working with integration middleware or platformsExperience working within UK policing, public sector, or justice environments (desirable)Understanding of records management and operational data flowsFamiliarity with Niche RMS If your profile demonstrates strong and recent experience in the above areas - please submit your application ASAP to Jackie Dean
