This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, engaging with senior stakeholders, and developing long-term client relationships.You will introduce a technology platform that enables organisations to reduce risk, improve compliance, and streamline onboarding processes. You will play a key role at the front end of the sales cycle, generating qualified leads, booking and delivering system demonstrations, and supporting the conversion of prospects into subscription-based clients.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outbound SalesIdentify and engage prospective B2B clients using CRM data, historic accounts, market research, and self-generated leadsCarry out structured outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved digital channelsBuild a consistent pipeline of qualified new business opportunitiesSolution Introduction & Business DevelopmentIntroduce compliance, vetting, and onboarding software solutions, clearly communicating commercial and operational benefitsEngage with decision-makers across HR, Procurement, Compliance, Operations, and Senior LeadershipIdentify business challenges and position the SaaS platform as a solution to improve efficiency, governance, and performanceQualif
