  • ABOUT THE ROLE As a Network Planning Analyst you will be working as part of a small team, part of the wider Waitrose Merchandising Operations team. The Network Planning Analyst will support the Network Planning Manager to support how key transformation and optimisation projects impact the flow of goods throughout the Waitrose network. You will be responsible for understanding how the efficient stock flow through across the Waitrose distribution network relates to these key transformation and optimisation projects. This will include working closely with the Waitrose Planners. You will refine across all the categories replenishment plans, responding to stakeholder and customer information, ensuring the most optimised service. Ensure changes to plans are in line with agreed capacity guardrails and constraints, ensuring the flow of goods through the network balancing the needs of distribution and the branch network. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. Salary - £44,800 - £67,200 Contract type - This position is a Fixed term/Secondment for 12 months. Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aim for 2 to 3 days per week in the office to connect. There will also be adhoc supply chain visits required as part of this role.
