- Job Description
- Overall responsibility to manage and support our Network Partners, ensuring their long-term sustainability and consistent delivery of high-quality service. This includes attracting suitable partners who align with our strategic goals, supporting their profitability within the inter-partner rate framework, and driving year-on-year growth in input volume through collaborative efforts with the Commercial team.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Responsibilities of a Network Director
- Responsible for the management of TPN’s 140 Partner depots.
- Responsible for a team of Regional Network Managers.
- Responsible for service performance, operational efficiency and building strong relationships with our Partners.
- Work to attract new partners to join TPN.
- Implementing strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Attract quality new partners to support TPN’s strategy of best partner, every postcode.
- Responsible for ensuring no gaps in our network, managing, and reducing support payments made to our network.
- Risk management of network to ensure no uncontrolled exits.
- Qualifications
- Strong Leader with experience within a pallet-network environment.
- Previously worked in an independent network/ franchise environment.
- Proven experience in partner management and/or commercial roles.
- Understanding of network management and commercial growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in conducting reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills with ability to identify risk.
- Able to work in a high pressurised environment.
- IT literate - working knowledge of MS Packages.
