Here’s how you will contribute…Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of the Distribution supply systemEnsure the accuracy of SGN’s Network Analysis computer modelsSupport development of the supply system in a safe and efficient mannerDetermine the optimum method of network operation consistent with minimising costs and maintaining statutory obligations.Develop optimum mains replacement designs, taking account of factors such as cost, deliverability and interaction with other activities / business driversDevelop reinforcement designs in support of new connections, taking account of factors such as cost, deliverability and interaction with other activities / business driversDevelop a detailed understanding of Leakage and Environmental Emissions IncentiveProvide network analysis support to the wider businessProvide an efficient and effective service to operational departments.In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in the Scotland LDZ Network Analysis Standby rota.What you will needAn awareness of working within a budget and being cost-conscious.The ability to think on your feet whilst always being safety aware.<
