We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and adaptable NetSuite Administrator to join our growing pharmaceutical team. This is a long-term role ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced implementation environments and can confidently support ERP projects through solution validation, configuration insight, documentation, and hands-on business analysis. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will support NetSuite implementations and ongoing system optimisation across various departments—including operations, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance. You will help ensure that our ERP solutions meet the unique demands of the pharmaceutical industry, including traceability, regulatory standards, and quality control. 👉 Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is not required. A strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new environments are what matter most. Key Responsibilities: • Review, validate, and provide feedback on NetSuite configurations to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for development and implementation teams. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to support high-quality solution development and configuration alignment. • Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet operational needs. • Create and maintain structured project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and training materials. • Support end users through training, guidance, and troubleshooting during and after implementation. • Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of solution designs across Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and other NetSuite modules. • Partner with technical leads and implementation partners to ensure clarity, completeness, and regulatory alignment of requirements. • Maintain internal quality standards and build stakeholder confidence through accurate and timely deliverables. • Provide focused support for advanced manufacturing and distribution workflows—such as work order routing, inventory visibility, lot tracking, bin management, and fulfillment. • Assist in validating and refining MRP and demand planning configurations to align with operational lead times, forecast logic, and business processes. Requirement • Strong experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments. • Proven ability to interpret and document functional and technical requirements in clear, structured formats. • Familiarity with NetSuite configurations and key functional areas including financials, inventory, order management, or manufacturing. • Understanding of ERP project lifecycles, stakeholder roles, and implementation methodologies. • Experience with manufacturing or distribution workflows such as work orders, WMS, supply chain planning, or production control. • Exposure to MRP and/or demand planning processes within NetSuite or integrated tools is a strong advantage. • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail. • Ability to manage shifting priorities and independently drive project milestones forward. • Collaborative, accountable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
