Executive Talent Solutions are working with a rapidly growing start up drinks company to recruit an ambitious National Account Manager.The business produces an organic matcha drink and since launching the product in May this year they have enjoyed spectacular growth. To support the continued expansion they are recruiting a National Account Manager to develop after their 3 major supermarket accounts as well as help with listing the products into new retail partners.The role is a permanent position offering a salary between £60,000 and £75,000 plus benefits including generous bonus. Hybrid working if offered with 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 WFH.Key responsibilities include:Building strategic long-term relationships with customers ensuring the sustainable growth of the brandCollaborate and communicate with customers to deliver in-store and online activations that drive consumer awareness, penetration and conversionAct as the conduit of information between customers and the teamNegotiate prices, distribution & range extensions and new product launches which achieve/exceed the business objectivesUnderstand competitor and market dynamics and be the advocate for ideas to deliver growthWorking with the nominated distributor to maximise availability, ensuring exceptional customer service by providing forecasted sales and activity plans by customerDevelop, negotiate and deliver customer brand plans using market and consumer insightIdentify and support/lead new business development opportunities which grow the presence of the brand in new customers, channels and marketsDevelop the account management function in the business, paving the way for future growth whilst keeping things simpleCandidates applying should have strong FMCG Account Management / Sales experience. It would be a huge bonus if they have previously worked with Sainsburys, Tes
