This is an exciting opportunity to work with national retail accounts and manufacturing partners, managing key relationships while growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.The successful candidate will have experience within FMCG in food products, and a strong track record in national account management. You will bring strategic thinking, excellent project leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing national retail accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the account portfolio.Develop and implement customer-specific sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.Work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer targets are met.Monitor customer KPIs and targets, providing insights and proposals to improve category performance.Lead projects from planning through to delivery, managing resources, milestones, and internal/external stakeholders.Support the wider sales team and share knowledge to help colleagues achieve their targets.Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years’ experience managing national accounts, ideally with top 6 UK grocers.FMCG/Food/Retail sector experience, preferably with Private Label
