Description We are looking for an experienced n8n workflow expert to help us design and implement automation workflows that support research, social content development, and other business processes. Initially, we have 2–3 automation projects we’d like to complete. If successful, we are interested in establishing a long-term working relationship for ongoing workflow creation, optimization, and maintenance. Responsibilities • Build, customize, and deploy n8n workflows to automate tasks related to research, content development, and other operational needs. • Integrate multiple tools, APIs, and platforms into seamless workflows. • Document workflows for ease of understanding and future maintenance. • Provide recommendations on how automation can improve our processes and save time. • Offer ongoing support for updates, troubleshooting, and scaling workflows. Requirements • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (please provide examples of projects you’ve completed). • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation best practices. • Experience connecting n8n with common platforms • Ability to think strategically about automation opportunities and suggest improvements. • Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Preferred (Nice to Have) • Experience with data scraping, enrichment, or research automation. • Familiarity with content publishing workflows and social media scheduling. • Knowledge of other automation tools (Zapier, Make, custom scripts, etc.). Project Scope • Start with 2–3 workflows to automate specific research and social content development tasks. • Potential to expand into ongoing projects with a long-term partnership.
