Multiskilled Joiner – Nottingham City CouncilLocation: NottinghamHours: 37 per weekContract: Until 27 February, with possible extensionPay: £20.48 per hour (umbrella)Nottingham City Council are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Joiner to support repairs and maintenance across their housing stock. You’ll work on a mix of joinery, carpentry and general multi-trade tasks to keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained.Key duties:Install and repair joinery items including doors, kitchens, roofs, staircases and flooringCarry out basic multi-trade work such as plumbing, plastering or paintingDiagnose faults and complete planned and reactive maintenanceWork safely and follow council policies and proceduresKeep accurate digital records and support apprentices when neededWhat you’ll need:NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Advanced Craft in JoineryExperience across joinery and one additional tradeStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull driving licence and ECS Health & Safety cardIf this sounds like a good fit, get in touch and I’ll talk you through the next steps.
