We’re working with a well-established international freight forwarder that is looking to strengthen its export operations team with the addition of a Multimodal Export Operator. This is a hands-on operational role, managing export shipments end-to-end across air, ocean, and road freight, within a fast-paced and supportive environment. ?? Key Responsibilities Manage multimodal export shipments from booking through to final delivery Prepare and process export documentation, including customs and shipping paperwork Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and internal teams Ensure shipments move in line with service levels, compliance, and customer expectations Resolve operational issues and proactively manage exceptions ?? Skills & Experience Previous experience in export operations within freight forwarding Exposure to air, sea, and/or road freight (multimodal experience preferred) Strong understanding of export documentation and customs processes Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers and global agents �?
