Multi Trade Operative (Empty Homes team) - £37,425 + van EastleighThis is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy + 28 days holiday a year, generous pension and life assurance schemes and access to health and wellbeing packages.Your new roleAre you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly?We're looking for Multi Skilled Operative to join Empty Homes team where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to Abri customers. You'll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas.Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.You'll be a good communicator, have an achievement-based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previous experience in maintaining homes is required.Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers all.You’ll be entitled to all the usual benefits from
