We are looking for a dedicated professional to join on of our clients in Waltham Forest. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in a social housing setting.
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + van, fuel card, and benefits

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
Responsive and Planned Carpentry: Perform responsive and planned carpentry repairs in both occupied and void properties.
Installation: Hang doors, change locks, and fix cupboards, units, worktops, and boxing.
Multi-Skilled Advantage: You will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance, including core carpentry, but you must also be able to carry out trades outside of your core skill, such as minor plumbing work, small area tiling, and plastering.
Preparation and Service: Deliver the best quality service while undertaking day-to-day repairs.
Requirements:
Relevant Qualifications: You must hold a City & Guilds craft qualification or be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade such as carpentry, plumbing, or plastering. A Blue CSCS card is also ideal.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months, is required as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
Experience: You should have a good, stable permanent background and experience in domestic social housing works and reactive, day-to-day repairs.
