Key responsibilities:Install and repair flooring such as vinyl and polysafe and laminate in tenants' homes.Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives.Remove old flooring safely and dispose of waste properly.Work around tenants, keeping spaces tidy and minimising disruption.Measure and cut materials accurately for a good fit.
