📌 Job Description — Multi-Skilled Assistant (Coaching & AI Ecosystem) I’m looking for a versatile, proactive and organized person to support me across my two professional activities: SaaS/Agency + personal brand/coaching online The goal is to work with someone who truly understands the online coaching ecosystem, the francophone infopreneur world, and who can help with a variety of daily tasks (operations, content, support, light creation). 🎯 Ideal Profile 1. Understanding of the Industry You already understand the world of online coaches, infopreneurs, online programs, funnels, content, offers… You’ve consumed or followed content from this environment. 2. AI Comfort & Usage You already use AI tools in your daily life (ChatGPT, other AI platforms). You know how to use AI intelligently, not just copy-paste: you adapt, think, and refine. I’m not looking for an AI expert, just someone with solid basics and genuine interest. 3. Strong Knowledge of Instagram You understand Instagram codes, trends, best practices. You can create aesthetic, clean, on-brand stories. You get the tone of voice, dynamics and expectations of modern IG content. 4. Sense of Design You don’t have to be a designer, but: You have a natural aesthetic sense, You know how to use Canva, You can create simple but beautiful and modern visuals. Bonus if you know basic editing tools. 5. Communication Fluent French (written + spoken). Basic English (written conversation + general understanding). 6. Required Equipment A recent iPhone is mandatory (stories, content testing, quality, etc.) 7. Soft Skills Common sense, logic, autonomy. Ability to take initiative when needed. Reactive, organized, comfortable with digital tools. 📌 Main Responsibilities (Depending on your strengths, some tasks may evolve.) Creating Instagram Stories (clean, aesthetic, on-brand). Preparing and formatting content (carousels, scripts, visuals). Light operational help on SetSmart (support, organization, follow-ups). Using AI to write, improve, structure, or generate content. Daily support tasks: organization, research, document preparation. Updating and formatting resources for clients, partners, and affiliates. General assistance depending on ongoing needs (planning, reminders, small tasks). ✨ What I Value Most Someone creative, curious and proactive.
