• What You’ll Learn – 5‑Week Training Academy

Before joining a client, you’ll complete a practical, industry-aligned training academy designed to build core project management capabilities. Your modules include

• Essential Skills
• Introduction to Project Management
• Introduction to CAPM
• Leading Projects
• Business Analysis Skills
• Developing Project Schedules and Budgets
• Communicating and Empowering Stakeholders
• Managing Quality, Risks, Changes and Closure
• Training is delivered through lectures, group work, self-study, and hands-on projects—led by experienced instructors who understand what employers need.
• What Happens After Training

Once you successfully complete the academy, you’ll join one of our clients on a two-year fixed-term assignment. Here’s what to expect
