About

I already have a fully working Make.com automation that connects: Google Form → Google Sheet → Email (bilingual English/Spanish auto-reply) The system is live and works perfectly right now. What I need is a migration of the data layer only — from Google Sheets to Airtable — without breaking anything else This setup is for AutoBooker, my lead automation system. I want to let my beta users (business owners) each have: 1. Their own unique Google Form link (same questions I already have). 2. Their customers fill out that form (Form → Make.com). 3. The information automatically goes to Airtable, not Google Sheets. 4. Each beta tester only sees their own leads using a filtered Airtable view link (no Gmail login required). 5. The system keeps sending bilingual auto-reply emails depending on the language selected (English or Spanish). Deliverables: • Replace the Google Sheets module in my current Make.com scenario with Airtable • Add the “client ID” or “tester ID” field so the system knows which beta user owns the lead • Create filtered views per tester in Airtable • Test that both the English and Spanish email routes still trigger correctly • Provide a short Loom video walkthrough of how to duplicate the system for new beta users Requirements: • Proven experience with Make.com / Integromat and Airtable integrations • Understanding of multi-language email automation (English/Spanish) • Can work directly in a cloned scenario (I’ll provide a duplicate of my working automation so the original stays untouched) • Deliver clean, organized mapping and documentation Budget & Terms: 💰 Fixed Price: $ USD 🕒 Timeline: 1–2 days max 📹 Must include a short Loom showing test results + how to add new testers later
