This role goes beyond teaching — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of military engineering by sharing your technical expertise, building learners’ skills, confidence, and knowledge, and inspiring them to succeed.What You’ll Be Doing• Deliver engaging, practical training using modern teaching methods and prepared course materials• Develop lesson plans, training aids, and assessments to support effective learning• Monitor learner progress, providing feedback and additional support as required• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve training delivery• Maintain your own CPD to ensure training content remains current and industry-aligned• Deliver all apprenticeship elements in line with Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body standards• Plan and deliver workshops to develop essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours• Inspire, motivate, and support learners to achieve the
