This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to step into a role where you will work with high-net-worth individuals, complex residential cases and substantial buy-to-let and investment property portfolios. You will be advising existing clients of the firm as well as handling all new mortgage enquiries generated internally, with a strong focus on long-term relationship management and delivering a high-quality advisory service. The Role As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will act as the trusted specialist for mortgage and protection solutions across the business. You will work closely with in-house financial planners and professional connections while managing your own portfolio of premium clients, providing tailored advice aligned to their wider financial objectives.Key Responsibilities • Advising high-net-worth clients on residential, buy-to-let and investment mortgages • Providing comprehensive protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations • Managing and developing long-term client relationships across the Thames Valley, Hampshire and Surrey • Working collaboratively with financial advisers and internal teams to deliver joined-up client solutions • Handling high-quality, pre-qualified leads generated through the businessCandidate Profile • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) • Proven experience as a Mortga
