This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.You will become the Managing Director’s trusted right-hand support, assisting with administration, finance-related tasks, client communication, and the coordination of mortgage applications. For the right person, there is significant opportunity to develop and grow within the business.Full training will be provided, and no previous mortgage experience is required. We’re simply looking for someone enthusiastic, trustworthy, confident, and eager to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing DirectorManage client files, documentation, and compliance tasks in line with GDPRLiaise with solicitors, lenders, and clients to progress mortgage applicationsWork confidently with financial information, data entry and checking figuresMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsHandle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries in a professional mannerSupport with business operations, office tasks, and project work as requiredEnsure confidential information is handled securely and professionallyAbout YouWe’re not looking for industry experience — we’re looking for the right person.
