( Full office based)You will be joining a small, friendly team providing top quality residential Mortgage and Protection administration support to the advisers and their clients.You will be a strong team player, but also able to work independently using your initiative. You must possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.The Role:Processing/administering a high volume of residential and BTL mortgages.Dealing with adhoc queries from Mortgage/Protection Advisers/Clients/ProvidersTasks to be recorded and maintained via back-office systemsMaintenance of client filesPostal activity (incoming/outgoing)New business processing (Online/Post)Loading relevant data on to back officeProcessing Letters of AuthorityLiaise with 3rd Party Providers & ParaplannersPreparing Client Meeting PacksGather quotes / illustrations / Fact Sheets / Order ProjectionsUpdate advisers & clients of progress on New Business casesMaintenance of all client policy dataThis position is available immediately, offering a competitive basic salary and interviews are available right now.
