Mortgage AdviserBirminghamWell established, highly reputable small mortgage practice based in the Birmingham area, is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their team due to high demand of business enquiries (new and existing clients).About the role:To deal with incoming enquiries from new and existing clients via introducers, referrals and repeat businessGiving whole of market mortgage advice as well as life/protection Face to face and remote meetingsClients include 1st time buyers, remortgages, house moves, BTL, hep to buy and new buildsBuilding relationship with the Estate Agency introducers The ideal person:The person must be able to “hit the ground running” and have at least a couple of years experience of independent mortgage advisingThis could suit a Mortgage Broker currently working for an estate agency that is looking for more genuine leads and a flexible working environmentCeMap qualified (or equivalent)Caring, friendly, professional mannerAdditional Information:Employed or self-employed options; office/hybrid options If employed, basic salary is likely to be £26-30,000 + bonus, OTE £45k+ (agency guideline only)Strong administrative supportAll clients provided Hours to suit NEST pension
