You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth customer fact finds to understand their financial circumstances and mortgage requirements on an outbound appointment basis. Simplifying mortgages and helping customers to get great advice and guidance is what the team strive to deliver every single day, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our application processing for a seamless customer journey in collaboration with our Underwriting Team. What you'll be doing Conducting mortgage appointments for predominantly Existing Customers to provide the most suitable Advice based on their objectives and circumstances.Demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in applying Regulatory policy and processes to achieve consistently good customer outcomes.Putting yourself in customers shoes to feel what customers feel on every single interaction to build genuine relationships and rapport.Self-Manage your time via a diary appointment system and package your cases to Underwriters in line with Clydesdale policy and process.Assess and validate customer documentation to give an accurate Decision in Principle to customers.Be consistently clear and concise in communicating to both internal and external customers,
