At ST&R, we’re looking for a Mortgage Admin Assistant to support our busy mortgage advisors and help deliver a seamless service for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our mortgage advisors by managing admin tasks and keeping client files up to date
- Submitting mortgage applications and tracking progress with lenders and solicitors
- Handling paperwork accurately and ensuring everything is fully compliant
- Keeping clients informed throughout the process with timely updates
- Managing calendars, booking appointments, and sending reminders
- Following up on outstanding documents and chasing third parties when needed
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Google Suite
- Providing day-to-day support to ensure a smooth mortgage journey from application to completion
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin experience (mortgage or financial services admin is a big plus)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with digital systems (especially Google Suite)
- Good communication skills – professional, clear, and customer-focused
- A proactive approach – someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
- Experience with lender portals and/or CRM systems is desirable

- £25,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
