• The Mobile Team Leader is responsible for delivering high‑quality mobile security services across multiple sites, ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. In this role, the Mobile Team Leader performs a range of mobile security tasks, provides support to team members, and always upholds professional standards. With a strong focus on Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, the Mobile Team Leader ensures consistent service excellence and operational professionalism.

• Responsibilities
• You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.
• The role involves delivering a full range of mobile security duties, including locks and unlocks, patrols, alarm responses, vacant property checks, escort services, and regular patrols to deter unauthorised activity. Key tasks include enforcing access control, verifying credentials, conducting searches, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate records and incident reports. As a team leader, the role requires supporting and training team members, managing shift handovers, assisting the Control Room, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, safe driving, and company policies. Strong communication, sound judgement, problem‑solving, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure are essential, along with flexibility, client‑focused service, and commitment to company values and safety principles.

• Ideally 1 year of mobile security experience
• Valid SIA Frontline Licence, Manual Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
• Honest, hard‑working, trustworthy, reliable, and flexible, Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team, Proactive, uses initiative, and willing to learn and adapt
• Ability to deliver on‑the‑job training and uphold company values
• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Right to work in the UK, Five‑year checkable employment history or full documentation for any gaps
• Additional training or leadership experience.
