• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings
• Fault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards
• Support with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors) and general building fabric maintenance (e.g., doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs)
• Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
• Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally

Qulaifications:

• City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) - further qualifications can be supported
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in one role - stable work history is essential
• Experience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings)
