A global iGaming business focused on the UK, Spain, Canada and LATAM (with plans to enter many new markets), is looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to join the team. Along with a negotiable salary (depending on experience), you will also receive: 24 days of annual leave, with additional days awarded after 3 years of service.Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.An annual bonus (eligible after completing probation).Private healthcare and life insurance provided upon successful completion of probation.Participation in the company pension scheme.Exciting company activities including monthly lunches, corporate gatherings and many other activitiesA chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations What you’ll be doing as Mobile Marketing Manager:You will work closely with internal marketing teams across Spain, Brazil, Mexico, and other key markets to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results. You will be responsible for managing both direct platform activity and external partnerships to ensure best-in-class app marketing campaigns that meet growth, CPA, and LTV targets in highly competitive markets. Key responsibilities: Set up, plan, optimize and report back on performance across campaigns, including but not limited to: App-to-app Display (via Ad Networks), Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, FB App Campaigns.Working with colleagues globally to plan, deliver and execute successful monthly, quarterly and annual plans for channelsClosely monitor and deliver mobile performance within the defined KPIs (growth volume, conversion rates, CPA & LTV)Report on channel performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to all relevant stakeholdersDelivering complex strategies for growth, identification of in-app fraud and mitigati
