All communication must remain on this platform. No exceptions. ----- We’re seeking an experienced UI designer to refresh and expand the interface for our workplace communication web application. This is a design-only role (no development) focused on creating clean, intuitive mobile-first experiences. Project Scope: - Redesign 4 existing screens to improve visual hierarchy, usability, and modern aesthetics - Design 3 new screens that integrate seamlessly with the updated design system - All work must be completed in Figma with organized, properly labeled layers and components - Mobile-first approach (responsive design for tablet/desktop is a plus but mobile is priority) - Iterate on and enhance our existing design foundation rather than starting from scratch What We’re Looking For: - Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UI design work (web apps preferred) - **You MUST include your portfolio link in your proposal** - Experience with SaaS or business productivity applications - Clean, modern design aesthetic with attention to typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy - Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile web experiences - Ability to create consistent design systems and reusable components - Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback quickly Deliverables: - High-fidelity mockups for 7 screens (4 redesigned + 3 new) - Organized Figma file with proper naming conventions and component library - Design specifications for developer handoff To Apply: Please include: 1.
