Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer We are currently headhunting for a Commercial Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a stable, long-term contract covering education and commercial buildings across Central London. The Package Salary: £46,000 + fantastic pension scheme Hours: 36-hour work week (Rare for FM ) Monday - Friday Tools: van provided (Business use) Location: Mobile across central London What we're looking Comprehensive Maintenance: Delivering a mix of PPMs and rapid reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Compliance & Safety: Taking ownership of statutory tasks and testing to ensure all buildings meet SFG20 standards and legal compliance. Technical Diagnosis: Leading on fault-finding and repairs for complex building services systems. Education Sector Focus: Ensuring commercial sites remain operational, safe, and efficient for the community.
