We are seeking a talented mobile app developer to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a short-form finance education application. The app will feature a TikTok-style vertical video feed and curated content to engage users in financial market literacy. The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile app development and a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects. Target is a mobile app (iOS-first), using Flutter or similar cross-platform framework. This is an MVP focused on core user experience only. Content will be admin-curated (no user uploads). No messaging, social graph, or advanced features at this stage. Project will be split into clear milestones (core feed → playback polish → deployable build). All code and assets must be fully owned by me upon completion, with a clean handover and documentation.
