From responding to enquiries and welcoming guests to showcasing the latest MINI models and technology, you’ll guide the customer through every step of the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery.The main duties of the role include: You’ll provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs). Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets. Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations. Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.
