- Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As an Mid-Market Account Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
- Analyse and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
- Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
- Managing a portfolio of 300 customers.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
- Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

- Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
- Commercial acumen with good track record of similar roles responsibilities with significant commercial results
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
