We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 expert or IT professional to perform a complete migration and security deployment for our organisation. All work will be completed via remote access. Our current Microsoft 365 tenant is fully controlled by an external IT provider, and we do not have admin rights. We require a full transition to a new, independently managed environment along with security, compliance, and device management setup. Scope of Work 1. Microsoft 365 Admin Transfer & Email Migration Create a new Microsoft 365 tenant with full admin control for our organisation. Migrate six existing mailboxes from the previous tenant. Create six new staff email accounts in the new tenant. 2. Licensing Upgrade Upgrade all six users from Microsoft 365 Business Standard → Business Premium to enable: Intune Conditional Access Defender for Business Advanced security & compliance features 3. Device Setup All company laptops run Windows 11 Pro. Enrol all devices into Azure AD and Intune for centralised management. 4. Intune, Conditional Access & Compliance Setup Configure Intune for device management. Implement compliance policies including: BitLocker encryption MFA enforcement OS compliance Antivirus/Defender status Configure Conditional Access security rules. 5. SharePoint File Structure Design a secure and organised SharePoint Online file structure for teams and departments. Ensure all new laptops have access to the structure with correct permissions. 6. Endpoint Protection & Backup Deploy Microsoft Defender for Business on all devices. Set up a Microsoft 365 backup solution for: Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Teams 7. User Authentication Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users. Standardise identity management via Azure AD. Support Provide 30 days of post-migration support for troubleshooting and adjustments.
