We're seeking a skilled Creative Strategist to develop high-performing ad creatives for our ecommerce brand on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role requires someone who can blend data-driven strategy with creative execution to produce scroll-stopping static images and video ads that convert. You'll be responsible for producing 10-20 ad creatives weekly, combining strategic thinking with hands-on design and video editing skills. The ideal candidate understands what makes ads perform in the ecommerce space and can translate product features into compelling visual stories. What You'll Create + 10-20 ad creatives per week (mix of static images and short-form videos) + Static image ads optimized for Facebook and Instagram feeds/stories + Video ads (15-30 seconds) including UGC-style content, product demos, and lifestyle videos + Multiple ad variations for A/B testing + Creatives tailored to different audience segments and buyer journey stages Your Responsibilities + Develop ad concepts based on performance data, customer insights, and target personas + Design static ad creatives using product photography and brand assets + Edit and produce video ads (sourcing footage, adding text overlays, transitions, music) + Analyze campaign metrics to identify winning creative angles and iterate accordingly + Stay ahead of seasonal trends and holiday campaigns + Maintain brand consistency across all creatives + Deliver all assets on schedule with proper formatting for Meta platforms Requirements + Proven experience creating Meta/Facebook ads for ecommerce brands + Portfolio showcasing both static and video ad examples with performance results + Strong design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar) + Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) + Understanding of Meta ad specs, best practices, and current trends + Ability to write compelling ad copy and hooks + Data-driven mindset - you know what metrics matter and how to optimize for them + Experience with UGC-style content and direct response advertising
