We’re Elevate Media, a UK-based marketing agency helping Shopify and DTC brands scale through email and lifecycle marketing. We’re now building out our inbound book-a-call funnel and need an experienced Meta Ads Manager to run it end-to-end. Your sole objective: get qualified e-commerce founders to book strategy calls through our GoHighLevel landing page funnel. This is a commission-only role to start (£100 per retainer closed), with the opportunity to move to a fixed monthly fee + performance bonus after 30 days of proven results. ⸻ Responsibilities • Run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns driving traffic to our book-a-call landing page • Manage audiences, budgets, and creatives to improve booking rate and CPL • Analyse performance from ad click → landing page → booked call • Continuously test new creatives, hooks, and angles • Provide short weekly performance updates ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience running Meta Ads for book-a-call or service-based funnels • Strong understanding of GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems • Ability to optimise for booked calls, not just leads • Confident with creative testing, pixel tracking, and reporting • Results-driven, proactive, and self-sufficient ⸻ Compensation 💰 Commission: £100 per retainer closed from your booked-call leads 📈 Progression: Option to move to a fixed monthly fee + bonuses after 1 month ⸻ How to Apply Please include: • A short summary of your Meta Ads experience • Examples of book-a-call or lead funnels you’ve managed • Confirmation you’re happy to start on a commission basis
