What the role involves: Create (or use AI to help create) scroll-stopping ad creatives that capture attention Understand our target audience and connect with them through messaging and visuals Build and test strategies that work, optimising for performance and ROI Take raw images/videos and edit them into polished, high-performing ad creatives Collaborate on campaign ideas, report results, and suggest improvements What we’re looking for: Someone hands-on and creative, with proven experience in Meta Ads Freelancer preferred (not agency) Comfortable working with a small budget to start – but able to scale once profitable Able to combine creativity, editing skills, and strategy to deliver results If you’re experienced in Meta Ads, can think creatively, and want to grow with a brand that scales quickly, we’d love to hear from you.
