We are seeking a skilled creative editor to work on high engagement DTC ad creatives for Meta ads. Our brand runs fast-paced campaigns in the DTC/e-commerce space, and we need someone who can consistently produce scroll-stopping, high-converting video ads. What You’ll Be Doing: - Editing UGC-style ads, short-form TikTok/Meta ads, and long-form VSLs. - Crafting direct response edits optimized for conversions. - Adding captions, motion graphics, split screens, and pattern interrupts that boost retention. - Working closely with our team to refine ad formats for maximum ROI. - Delivering fast turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards. What We’re Looking For: - Strong understanding of hook-creation, storytelling, and retention strategies. - Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or equivalent). - Ability to work quickly, reliably, and communicate proactively. - Someone who obsesses over performance, not JUST aesthetics. Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with paid social ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube). - Understanding of creative testing frameworks.
