Meta Ads Specialist (Freelance / Contract / Part-Time) About the Role We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on driving measurable ROI. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative intuition — and knows how to turn data into growth. What You’ll Do • Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager — from awareness to conversion. • Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and testing to identify winning creative angles and messaging. • Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad visuals, copy, and formats that perform. • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume. • Manage and report on ad budgets, pacing, and performance metrics using dashboards and data visualization tools. • Test and refine targeting strategies, placements, and bidding models to maximize efficiency. • Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices. • Provide clear, actionable insights and growth recommendations based on performance data. • Support funnel strategy — integrating Meta ads with CRM automations, landing pages, and email nurture flows. What You’ll Bring • 2–4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with proven results. • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models. • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and related analytics tools. • Solid understanding of creative testing (copy, visual, audience) and data-driven decision making. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently. • Familiarity with other platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus. • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. • A growth mindset and an eye for storytelling — not just metrics.
