About the roleWe have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Booking Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune.As a Mercedes-Benz Service Booking Consultant you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers, service consultants and the workshop. You will convert incoming customer enquiries into bookings , inform and consult on vehicle servicing, whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with the service team regarding lead times and capacity.This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.About youDon't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes-Benz to support your career.Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
