This specialist accommodation-based setting supports adults aged 18–65 who are living with mental health needs, providing tailored, person-centred assistance that promotes wellbeing, recovery, and independence.The RoleAs a Support Worker, you’ll play an essential part in helping individuals maintain good mental health, develop independent living skills, and thrive within their community.
