Membership Upgrades Advisor - Weekend

Hours: 15 hours per week

Shift pattern: You will be working a 7.5 hour shift on Saturday & Sunday between 08:00 - 20:00.

Salary: £9,601.80 per annum - £12.31 per hour and the opportunity to earn PRP

Location: Hybrid - Norwich

Start Date: 2nd of June 2025

You need to be able to commit to 2 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00

For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. Ideally you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that with the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role!

THE ROLE

The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customer satisfaction, through highly motivated and target driven people.
As a Membership Upgrades Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our digital switchover initiative by reaching out to our existing Members and guiding them through the most suitable options for upgrading to a digital personal alarm system. Your primary focus will be to educate our members on the transition and upsell to the most suitable option.
