About the Role As Membership Manager, you'll lead a small team and be responsible for delivering excellent service to ABRS+ members. You'll manage the full membership lifecycle, from onboarding and renewals to safeguarding coordination and member communications. You'll also play a key role in promoting ABRS+ to prospective members, supporting events, and contributing to marketing and policy development. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines customer service, administration, and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with the Chair, Trustees, and colleagues across development and training to ensure members receive timely support and access to the full range of benefits.
