I've recently launched a new membership on the platform Circle that is growing with new members every day. Looking for someone to manage every aspect of the membership including: - Welcome new members in the community - Managing our inbox and responding to queries - dealing with issues relating to logins etc - Uploading call recordings to the platform - Support with constantly improving the user experience - helping with scheduling guest sessions, uploading new trainings, improving onboarding flow and welcome sequence - Engaging with community and checking in with them so they feel supported Ideally already have experience with the platform Circle. The role will begin as a few hours a week and grow as the membership grows. The aim is to get 1,000's in there over the next few months,
