Our client is a established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team Key Details: Monday to Friday position (no nights or weekends)Two shift patterns available (rota between the 2): 7:45 am to 12:45 pm1:30 pm to 6:30 pm Competitive hourly rate up to £12.75 per hour6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays Please note there maybe 1 Saturday a year and 1 early or late a week (7:20am start or 7pm finish) Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a GP settingProficiency in EMIS and Docman systemsExcellent communication and organisational skills Main Duties: Rotate between reception and patient administration areasSupport Team Leader in managing clinicians' workloadOrganise practice meetings and liaise with external agenciesManage bring forward and filing systemsParticipate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilitiesActively contribute to improving practice quality This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
