We’re looking for an experienced media buyer to consult on improving ad campaigns, especially in areas where we’re struggling to get consistent results. Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for real estate Develop creative strategies to improve lead flow Provide weekly/bi-weekly consultation and recommendations Advise on targeting, budget allocation, and creative adjustments Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and best practices Requirements: Proven success with Facebook/Meta Ads in real estate Strong understanding of real estate lead generation Data-driven approach with creative solutions Excellent communication and consultative skills MUST: Experience working with real estate agents/agencies Track record of scaling campaigns from low performance to high performance preferred: Experience with Go High Level CRM Speaking spanish Ready to review any campaign and draft an improvement plan on the spot How to Apply: Please share examples of past campaigns and performance metrics ( this has to show the impact you made on a campaign, not just good results, but rather an improved one)
