Position: Media Buyer Location: Remote Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Flexible hours Application Deadline: 17th November 2025 About The Role We're looking for a skilled and data-driven Media Buyer to take full ownership of client advertising campaigns from setup to optimization. You'll be responsible for creating high-performing Facebook ad accounts, crafting compelling copy, building conversion-optimized landing pages, and continuously refining campaigns to deliver exceptional results. This is a highly autonomous role perfect for someone who loves the challenge of maximizing ROI, testing creative variations, and turning data insights into profitable advertising strategies. What You'll Be Doing: Facebook Advertising Management • Building complete Facebook ad accounts from scratch, including campaign structure, ad sets, and individual ads • Writing persuasive ad copy and compelling headlines that drive clicks and conversions • Developing targeting strategies based on client objectives and audience insights • Creating multiple campaign variations for testing and optimization • Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign performance to maximize results • Analyzing metrics and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI Landing Page Development & Optimization • Creating high-converting landing pages tailored to each campaign • Developing multiple landing page variations for A/B testing • Daily monitoring of landing page performance and conversion rates • Making continuous improvements to design, copy, and user experience to maximize conversions Content & Asset Management • Working with a comprehensive Google Drive containing client videos, personalized images, project photography, and brand assets • Accessing client intake forms with complete client details and campaign requirements • Requesting additional content from the Client Success Manager only when necessary Communication & Collaboration • Primary point of contact: Client Success Manager (CSM) • Receiving updates from CSM regarding changes to offers, guarantees, targeting parameters, or general ad strategy • Proactively requesting additional content or assets from CSM when needed for campaign performance Who We're Looking For: Essential Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Facebook Ads with proven track record of results • Demonstrated expertise in direct response advertising and lead generation campaigns • Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling ad copy and headlines • Experience building and optimizing landing pages (experience with landing page builders required) • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structures, and targeting options • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts • Proficient with CRM systems and project management tools Desirable: • Experience with conversion tracking and analytics platforms (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics) • Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) • Experience in home improvement, service-based businesses, or similar industries • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization What Success Looks Like: • Consistently delivering campaigns that meet or exceed client KPIs • Landing pages with strong conversion rates and continuous improvement • Proactive optimization based on performance data • Smooth collaboration with CSM and minimal content requests • Clients seeing measurable business growth from advertising efforts Benefits: • Competitive base salary with uncapped performance bonuses • Fast growing company with career progression opportunities • Remote working with flexible hours • Professional development budget and opportunities • Potential to grow into senior marketing roles • Access to premium marketing tools and software • Sick pay • Monday to Friday schedule - No weekends!
