Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)Location: LondonContract: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Property Maintenance team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across a diverse estate, ensuring mechanical systems and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and associated equipmentDiagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtimeSupport service delivery through best practice and compliance with health and safety standardsMaintain accurate records using CAFM systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operationsAbout You:Recognised apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical disciplineIOSH Level 2 qualificationProven experience in building services maintenance and mechanical systems fault-findingStrong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComputer literacy, including MS Office; experience with Planon is an advantageTechnical Expertise: Experience with systems such as hot water calorifiers, pumps, ventilation, gas boilers, compressed air, chillers, and district heating. Knowledge of control systems and compliance standards is essential.
